Interquilt 2014

Aquest cap de setmana passat, a banda de Girona Temps de flors, vaig tenir temps de visitar Interquilt 2014.

This weekend, in Girona (see my post Flower time), I had time to visit INTERQUILT 2014. A quilting, scrapbooking, knighting, craft, crochet and handmade Festival that takes place once a year.

Hi ha algunes coses que em van meravellar; primer de tot el 4L “tunnejat” pel Grup de la Llana de Girona. Mireu!

There are some things that amazed me; First of all, the old card covered on crochet grannies by Grup de la Llana in Girona (yarn bombing Group in Girona). Behold!

Després també em va encantar l’exposició de quilts amb veritables obres mestres.

I also loved the exhibition of quilts including some true masterpieces.

Normalment quan vas d’expositor en una fira no pots “cultivar” amistats ni visitar gaire els estands ni fer gaire res… Com a molt, al migdia, si tens alguna estona més tranquil·la fas una petita pausa per fer un mos i dones un cop d’ull a les novetats.

This weekend we have a meeting at the Handmade Festival

the 25th, 26th and 27th April 2014 from 10:00 to 20:00h

at the Hall 2 and Plaça de l'Univers at the Montjuïc Venue.

                               We will meet at the Sants Paperets stand!
